Frequently Asked Questions

E-Examinations & Reservations

Does online teaching mean that I can take my examination from home?
No. Online teaching does not necessarily mean that examinations are taken remotely. Examinations scheduled in central computer laboratories must be taken in the designated laboratory under supervision. Follow the announcements for your course.
Where can I find my examination date, scope and location?
Check your Moodle course announcements and, where applicable, the examination reservation system. Review the date, time, location and examination scope before attending.
How do I make an examination reservation?
For examinations that require a reservation, use the Examination Reservation System to select an available date and time. Make a separate reservation for each examination; one reservation cannot be used for multiple examinations.
What should I check before attending an examination?
Check your examination date, time, laboratory and reservation details in advance. Make sure that your Moodle login details work and that you know the correct course code. Bring your student identification card and an official identity document.
Will I receive extra time if I arrive late?
Students who arrive late are not given additional examination time. Check the current examination rules and announcements for admission deadlines and arrive at the designated laboratory on time.
May I use my phone or copy examination questions?
Mobile phones and other prohibited devices must not be brought into the examination in violation of the examination rules. Examination questions and answers must not be copied, photographed, recorded or taken outside the laboratory. See the E-Examination page for the applicable rules.
