About the Coordination Office
The central laboratories provide the computer infrastructure required for teaching and learning activities, practical courses, e-exam organisations and academic activities planned by the university. The technical capacity and physical conditions of the laboratories are regularly monitored to ensure that users receive efficient and uninterrupted service.

Our Services
Hardware Inspection and Maintenance
Computers and peripheral devices are inspected, and the resolution processes for detected faults are coordinated.
Laboratory Preparation
Laboratories are prepared technically for courses, training sessions and examinations before they take place.
Technical Infrastructure Support
Hardware, connectivity and system access issues are identified and referred to the relevant units.
Capacity and Usage Planning
Technical support is provided for planning educational, examination and academic activities according to laboratory capacity.
Infrastructure Needs Assessment
Technical infrastructure requiring renewal, development or capacity expansion is identified and reported to the relevant units.
System Continuity
Regular technical inspections are conducted to support the uninterrupted and secure operation of laboratory infrastructure.

Points to Consider When Using the Laboratories
- Computers and peripheral devices should be checked before use.
- Instructions provided by laboratory staff must be followed.
- Unauthorised software must not be installed on laboratory computers.
- Hardware connections must not be changed or disconnected.
- Technical issues must be reported to laboratory staff.
- Personal information and active user sessions must not be left on computers.
- Laboratory equipment must not be used for non-institutional purposes.
- Work areas must be left clean and organised after use.
Technical Support
When reporting hardware or infrastructure issues in the central computer laboratories, please specify the laboratory name, computer or device number, a brief description of the issue and, where possible, an image of the error.
