What Is a Journal Publishing System?
A journal publishing system is an academic publishing management platform that enables manuscript submission, preliminary assessment, reviewer assignment, double-blind peer review, revision, editorial decision-making, typesetting and publication processes to be conducted digitally. Through the system, authors can submit their work online, editors can monitor the publishing process and reviewers can complete their evaluations in a secure environment.
